#KaiserAdolf1 could have been collected from #Italy, charged, and put to trial by any country anytime they wanted starting 1959-60 until his death. He went through an 18 month recorded interrogation ordeal in #Italy after his escape which resulted in no charges being laid against him.
If anything, some tried to fabricate something using illegal techniques (some would argue were a form of torture) to charge him with during the interrogation and failed.
