Allegedly:

Strange photographs exist of heinously evil fake physicist lunatic Albert Einstein.
Some of them are images of him illegally sexually molesting a child, where his head was cut out of the image, and the rest left behind.
Often with his tongue sticking out, or pulling a srange facial expression. 
After they cropped the images, they then used the image of his head (cut out of the larger image of him molesting a child), and publicised them widely.
They assumed if people saw the image of his head only, they would assume he wasn't a child sex offender when looking at it. Only that he was a "wierd, science type", because they could not see the rest of the image graphically depicting him participating in sexual assault of a child.
